Rules
for Using Agility Equipment
Use
of Agility Equipment is only with prior authorization
by a Lone Star Pet Lodges Camp Coordinator, member of
the Facility Training Staff or Facility Management Personnel.
All guests seeking to utilize the Agility Equipment
must first check-in at the facility Front Desk and must
have completed and executed a Waiver of Liability &
Release. Upon completion of the session, guests must
also check-out at the Facility Front Desk.
Pet
guests and handlers who are not currently enrolled in
an Agility Class at Lone Star Pet Lodges must first
be evaluated by a member of the Facility Management
or Facility Training Department. To avoid confusion
and expedite the check-in process, please call to schedule
your evaluation prior to showing up to utilize the Agility
Equipment.
Guests
who wish to utilize the Agility Equipment may do so
indoors or outdoors, but are responsible for handling
the equipment and moving it as required. All equipment
that is moved outdoors must be returned to our Indoor
Training Facility at the end of the session, provided
there is not another guest still participating in an
Open Agility session when you leave.
If at
any time you have a concern about any of the Agility
Equipment or the Facility, you must stop all Agility
Training and notify a Lone Star Pet Lodges Staff Member
IMMEDIATELY. Please be careful not to damage the equipment
as you will be responsible for any damage caused by
you or your pet.
Use and availability of Agility Equipment is subject
to equipment availability based on on-going Agility
Training classes and other Open Agility participants.
In case of inclement weather there will be no refunds.
NOTE:
You will be required to execute our standard Agility
Equipment Use Release and Waiver and comply with all
rules associated with the use of the Agility Equipment.
You can find our Missouri City Lodge Waiver of Liability
& Release by clicking here.
