Lone Star Pet Lodges of Missouri City's Bluebonnet Spa© proudly offers grooming services by Groomers - Paul Willis & Misty Brinkley.

Paul graduated from New York School of Dog Grooming and has been providing show quality grooming services for over 10 years. Paul is very experienced in hand scissoring techniques and offers quality de-shedding and de-matting as an alternative to completely shaving pets with matted coats. Misty joined the Lone Star team with grooming experience and was then trained by Paul to provide the same services.

The Bluebonnet Spa© provides your pet with a professional and relaxed environment. We utilize state-of-the-art computerized drying enclosures and hand fluff drying as an alternative to cage dryers. We only use top of the line shampoos and conditioning products in our HydroSurge bathing system.

At the Bluebonnet Spa you will never be surprised with additional unexpected charges when you pick up your pet as our full service grooming packages include trimming nails, ear cleaning - including removal of ear hair as well as expressing the anal gland (if required). Our standard and exit baths include hand fluff drying and brushing as well as trimming the nails and the hair in between the foot pads.

Vaccination Requirements - Grooming

Dogs: DHPP, Rabies (Bordetella is Strongly Recommended)

Cats: FVRCP and Rabies

To expedite your check-in at time of arrival, please have your veterinarian fax your pet's shot records to us as soon as you make your reservation. Our fax number is (281) 403-7701. All pets must be flea-free upon arrival. If fleas are found, your pet will receive a CAPSTAR flea control pill and flea bath prior to grooming to ensure that all fleas are eliminated and an associated charge will apply.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT YOUR PET WITHOUT PROOF OF REQUIRED VACCINATIONS.

Check-in & Check-out Time - Grooming

Check-in time for Grooming is between the hours of 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Pick-up times will be provided on a first-come / first-served basis. If you request a specific pick-up time, please notify us when reserving your pet's Grooming appointment and we will attempt to accommodate your request.

We recommend you arrive by 6:45 PM to pick up your pet. If your pet is not picked up prior to the facility closing the pet will be placed in overnight boarding and you will be charged the applicable overnight boarding rate in addition to any Grooming charges you have incurred.

Females in Heat

For the comfort of all of our boarding and grooming guests we do not accept females in heat for Grooming.
